KTO Custom Rods offers a limited lifetime warranty on all our inshore and offshore fishing rods. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the original owner, valid from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations.

Warranty Coverage:

- Components such as grips, reel seats, and guides.

- Defective rod blanks identified within the first few uses.

Exclusions:

- Normal wear and tear.

- Damage due to improper use, neglect, or modifications.

- Cosmetic damage or issues not affecting rod performance.

Claim Process:

1. Contact KTO Custom Rods for a warranty claim.

2. Ship the rod to our facility for inspection (customer pays shipping).

3. If deemed defective, we will repair or replace the rod at no cost, excluding return shipping fees.

For repairs not covered under warranty, a replacement fee applies ($40 for standard rods, $60 for custom rods).
