We understand how frustrating it can be when something goes wrong during shipping, despite our best efforts. While we wish we could prevent these situations entirely, we are here to make things right. Please reach out to us at info@kingtideusa.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged rod and packaging. We will promptly send you a return label—just place the rod back in the box, attach the label, and drop it off. As soon as we receive the damaged rod, we will instantly send out a replacement for you.

This is a known issue with their tracking system. When this happens, deliveries are usually delayed, but your package will still arrive—just a bit later than expected.

Ever snapped a tip off the rod while loading the truck bed? We have your back because we will still replace rods even when they are broken accidentally. We simply ask that you help us understand the circumstance (without impact to the replacement), as we strive for excellence, we need to know if we need to look into why, it broke or not. We wrote the book on crazy stories of rods breaking!!!

If you purchased it from a dealer, we recommend keeping your receipt in case you decide to return or exchange it at the store. For warranty purposes, there’s no need to worry about keeping the receipt or registering the product. Your rod itself is your proof of purchase, so please make sure to hold onto it.
-
We take pride in our comprehensive warranty. However, please note that it does not cover lost or stolen rods. To make a warranty claim, you must have the physical rod. If it is lost or stolen, we regret that we cannot provide a replacement
-
If a rod was purchased from the dealer, please feel free to work directly with them for your claim. For dealer support on claims, you will be required to show proof of purchase from that dealer. For online purchased products, please leverage our warranty claim process.

While we strive to ensure every rod is flawless before it leaves our facility, occasionally a defect may slip through. Typically, a flaw in the rod blank will cause it to break during its initial uses or when subjected to significant stress. Defective rod blanks usually result in clean breaks, without fraying or stress cracks extending from the break point. If your rod breaks within the first few uses under normal conditions, it is likely defective, and we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
